I was very disappointed with my shopping experience. As soon as I walked into the store, there was a strong unpleasant odor. We drove two hours to shop . After purchasing our stuff .I politely asked if I could have some ice. I understand that the store is not obligated to provide free ice, and I would have accepted a simple “no.” However, the seafood staff completely ignored us and acted as if we weren’t there. The lack of basic customer service was very disappointing. On top of that, many items were overpriced. For example, the same brand of rice was about $10 more expensive than at a nearby grocery store. The cherries I bought were not fresh and ended up having to be thrown away. I hope the store improves its cleanliness, customer service, and the quality of its fresh produce. Based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning.

Best BBQ Pork in the region, essential in our homemade fried rice. Their roasted pig is delicious. Amazing selection of produce and ingredients for home cooking. But their freezers are also full of Chinese buns and pot-stickers of all kinds for quick dinner options, among other things. So many unique items, I can spend hours just exploring. Best to have a list of needs before visiting, at least for me.

Has a very nice and clean bathroom at the front. The deli has Peking ducks and roasted ducks as well as pork belly with fresh baked pastries. Has a wide variety of Asian produce and meats.

I recently visited Enson Market in Orlando while traveling from Tampa. I purchased two sealed bags of apples from the produce department. When I returned home and opened them, about half of the apples were rotten. Since I live in Tampa, driving back to Orlando just to return spoiled produce is not reasonable. I contacted the store and offered to send photos of the rotten apples along with my receipt as proof of purchase. However, I was told that a refund would only be issued if I physically brought the items back to the store. That response was disappointing, especially given the distance and the fact that the apples were in sealed bags and could not be checked individually before purchase. Additionally, the produce department was quite disorganized during my visit, and overall quality control did not seem consistent. I hope management improves produce organization and implements better quality checks, as well as more flexible customer service options for out-of-town customers.

For all things Southeast Asian it is really hard to beat Enson, both in terms of the variety as well as the prices. It always seems to be well stocked. Love that you can get hot items like char siu pork and duck but also just about any type of Asian ingredient you would ever want. The place always seems clean and organized.
